Jones Property Group is a New Orleans, Louisiana based Real Estate investment company that buy, build, rent and sell economically friendly housing. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for renters and first-time homeowners in this country by providing them with decent homes in thriving communities. We have an investment model that allows us to create these opportunities no matter what the housing market does. Meaning, we carved out a niche in the renters' market that nobody wants to improve. We focus our rental properties on the Section 8 voucher holders that nobody wants to rent to; primarily because, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to have a decent home to live in and raise a family. In addition, we build new homes that we sell at prices below market value to new home buyers. We are able to offset our costs by building reasonable sized modern-day homes for families. In other words, buying one of our homes will give the new homeowner equity the day of purchase. We envisioned our company to be the one stop shop for renters and new home buyers that is looking for decent housing in thriving communities. Meet the Team
Robert Jones and Kendra Anderson cofounded the company, and they serve as CEO and General property Manager, respectively. Mr. Jones has over 15 years in business experience and work in public welfare where he recognized the serious demand for affordable housing for section 8 voucher holders and affordable homeownership. He partnered with Ms. Anderson who was a homecare provider worker and long-term voucher holder that shared many stories surrounding the shortest for decent homes for poor families. As a result, they created JPG company to not only fill that void, but incorporate free resource programming that will help renters and first-time homeowners improve their qualities of life and living in a thriving community.

Kendra Jones is a community-friendly person in New Orleans who cares for people of all ages. She brings her experience as a single parent who overcame poverty to her role as General Property Manager at JPG. Her expertise helps select great tenants and first-time home buyers, and she also provides free access to resources for better living.

In addition, she enrolls them in our program of free access to resources for better living.
